We managed to find availability for a couple of nights during half term and were very pleased with our selection. The site is well laid out (although note many of the pitches are not quite level, so chocks are a must) and all pitches are little more than 100 yards from the surrounding woodland and its many walks. The facilities were kept clean and the site overall appears to be very well maintained. The Covid precautions/procedure for the toilets blocks was clear (although still misunderstood by some!) and as long as you avoided the obvious busy times, any queues were minimal. The chip and pizza vans seemed popular and were well-received. Lack of mobile signal is an issue, but for most that might be most welcome. Overall an excellent site and one worth revisiting.
