Bit too remote
I came here on Easter Monday for a short break. Despite the appalling weather the site was in good condition. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only problem was that the only places to eat and drink within walking distance were through the woods which due to the weather were very muddy.
Site is very peaceful and friendly but I missed being able to walk somewhere in the evening for a change of scene and drink. I wouldn’t have been happy to walk on the road in the dark to get to nearest pub etc
