Constant road noise
We stayed at the site for one night each in April and May as a stopover on our trip to Scotland.
The loud noise from the motorway and nearby road junction was continuous day and night.
On our first visit we walked to the country park but found it very unnatural and disappointing, right next to the M6 and were shocked by the amount of litter around the path and benches so it wasn't a pleasant experience.
Other than that the staff were very friendly and helpful and the pitches and facilities were good.
