ENJOYED OUR VISIT

Leaving today after a 3 week stay. Very much enjoyed the site in most respects. The wardens keep a tidy ship as you would say(thank you) We found it is very accessible from the A38 and easy entrance. The iffy bit as said before is the boy racers who seem to enjoy disturbing the piece and quiet.especially when you are trying to go to sleep. Not the sites fault. Where the site is is perfect for many places of interest within a good radius. We will definitely use the site again when down from Yorkshire.

noisy bank holiday

we visited the site on a bank holiday weekend in april, won't be doing that again,as it took over 6 hours to get there from the midlands, when it usually takes just over 3 hours, its a lovely site but the noise from the nearby main road at night is like being by a race track,cars/motorbikes driving flat out,not the sites fault but it has now put us off returning to this site as it seems to have got worse since we started visiting this site in 2012.site is clean, staff helpful, would be better with toilet/shower facilities, loads to see in the area, recommend a visit to Dartmouth.

A most enjoyable break

It was our first visit to this site and it certainly won't be our last. The wardens were friendly and helpful, the site itself was immaculate. The closeness to the bus stop was ideal as was the the gate into the beautiful country park right next door. The only downside was the seasonal caravans as they have some of the best positions.

Peaceful break

I use this site to visit friends locally, and just love the fantastic dog walk from site, as the dogs are free to roam without being on their leads. It is a small peaceful site, great for a mini break.

Lovely relaxed freindly site. Nice little dog walk on site and Stover Country Park next door for longer walks with or without dogs and great for wildlife watchers. And then the easy access to Devon's delights.

Stover

Easy to find, just off the A38, friendly welcome and a good choice of decent size pitches. Right beside the Country Park with its choice of walks and bike paths. Downside is a lack of nearby pubs and eateries but other than that beautiful location and the bus stops right outside the main entrance. Great little site, only lacking showers and toilets if you don't like using your own. We will certainly be back.

Our favourite site.

Our favourite club site. So easy to access from the A 38. Wonderful walks round Stover Country Park. Pete and Kath keep the place immaculate. Thank goodness there is no toilet block, long may this remain so! All being well we will be there in the Spring!

nice site

enjoyed time at this site only complaint we had was a seasonal pitch next to our pitch 47 banging his water containers down at 6-45am before going to work I thought this was not aload to use seasonal pitches for business use.
