Shattered Peace
A super spot for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers. The site is well presented and has reasonably easy access. We stayed on a busy weekend but it was still very tranquil until the warden decided to mow the grass around us. He would have known by his bookings that our friends on the next pitch were due to leave within the next two hours, so why, when we were sitting outside enjoying the sun he felt it imperative to cut the grass right around us when there was plenty more on the site to do, I don't know!!
