Arrived on 31st July in glorious sunshine the first time in our 6+ week away and this was our last stop on our tour. We only stayed for 3 nights but have made up our minds to go back.The wardens where very friendly and the site was very clean. It's a very peaceful site there is a play area for the children in the woods, nice walks for the dogs and cycle tracks and activity rides for the older children. If you can manage without a toilet blocks this site is well worth a stay. You have Rutland Water nearby in the school holiday activity's are run another good place for bikes and Stamford is also worth a visit
