During our trip we stayed here twice.

Sanitary facilities: fine
Wifi: good (provided you stand in the right position)
Price: expensive
TV reception: good
Water points: good
Waste location: good
Dog walk: bad
Location: perfect (provided you don't mind traffic noise)
