This is the first time and last time we will visit the site. Staff very unfriendly on arrival and seem like we were to much trouble arriving even thou it was about 2. They seem more interested in doing the upkeep of the site. We had book a pitch without a awning as was there only two night and only two available even thou campsite was only half full and the pitch was tiny. Leason learnt for us going forward always book pitch with awning as same price on website . Small camper van had bigger pitch than us and staff should have really offered us a normal pitch rather than one of there blue pitches. There was only a couple of these blue pitches either we Hen you went in or came out and should only be used for small camper van or people leaving or arriving late . Was told relatively level pitch and it was most certainly not as had to use lots of blocks on certain legs which wasn’t a problem and also had to use wheel ramp on one side . Have to admit toilet were spotless and plenty of them and looked relatively new . It appears site is on the direct flight path to Exeter airport and was woken up multiple time during the night even around 2 am as the planes went over. This is about the 20 th caravan and Motorhome site we have stopped at and is by far the worse and least friendly and helpful staff. Normally the sites for the caravan and Motorhome are excellent but this one wasn’t Sorry for the moan
