Lovely site but dated facilities
Lovely site overlooking St Mary’s lighthouse. Beautiful walks along the coast and can visit the lighthouse. There are dolphins close by if you are lucky enough to see them. We saw starling murmurations. There are seals on the rocks at the lighthouse. A great fish and chip shop Pantinis at Whitley Bay. The shower and toilet facilities are clean but badly in need of replacement. The toilets struggle to flush at times which is just unacceptable given the high fees now at over £40 per night.
