We used this as our first week stop for Scotland on the West Coast.  In hindsight, it would have been better for the middle or end of our 3 week stint in Scotland as we paid a lot of money and didn't need to use the washing facilities.  Besides that it is a large site, had 2 toilet blocks, which were kept very clean and warm throughout our stay. Walking was straight onto the shingle beach.  We were on the front and had gale force winds and rain which was unfortunate, but May has been unfriendly this year. Very friendly and helpful staff in the well stocked site shop.  If you want a quiet and private site, this is not for you.
