First the moans: The rubbish situation is rubbish. Bins really need to be more central and accessible. no consideration for older people or the less fit. Box ticking green cred makes me laugh. How many people actually return their left over fresh water to the barrel by the taps? but it's the age we live in when boxes must be ticked. Grass. Please cut it more frequently. It doesn't just look untidy it's inconvenient. The longer it is the longer it stays wet. Now for the plus points.: large site but broken down into areas so doesn't feel big. Only 2 facilities blocks though that might be pushed in high season and is a bit of a trek from some parts of the site. Very attractive childrens play area near the entrance. Smaller play area near dog walk for younger kids. Football area with goal posts. Excellent dog walk for off lead run. Ticks everywhere so give them a good rub down after. Access and arrival area very good, good visibility from gate and plenty of parking near the office. Site has a small shop which is so useful. Surrounding villages littered with lovely pubs and beaches a short drive. Something for everyone really.
