On arrival staff were very pleasant,we asked for a pitch reasonably close to the toilets which they reserved for us. All facilities were clean as expected,unfortunately some members left the toilets in a mess but with a mention to the staff they were cleaned immediately.The site and pitches are pleasantly flat.The site is so well positioned for exploring the new forest from moorland to beaches.Dog facilities and runs are great.Only moan is centralised bin waste as others have mentioned,rubbish and food waste is now put into bin liners ,left outside vans sometimes over night or for couple of days being taken to the bins when passing,they ask you to recycle but the fact is most waste is in one bag and put in general waste so recycling not so evident.Seen squirrels getting into bags of waste,unfortunately next it’s rats.But after all that we will definitely be back again soon.
