We stayed here recently and had a lovely stay. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and doing their best to keep everyone safe by following government guidelines. Initially when we arrived bands were missing from the buckets to use toilet block or on one occasion I had a band, however all 3 showers were in use and toilet, but this settled down and after that I never had to wait to use shower/toilet block and bands were available (just made sure I had a shower late afternoon, when it was less busy). Always clean and replenished and plenty of hand sanitiser Think most people we're forgetting to put the bands back (some keeping them). There were lots of children mixing between units, but as I overheard them say "children can't get coronavirus! ". All in all a great time and the club cannot do anymore to help keep people safe. Individuals neex to be responsible and respect others. Lots to do in New Forest and beyond.
