We stayed a week at the beginning of October and it was very relaxing. The weather was very nice so this helped, of course. It's a couple of years since we last stayed at this site and it is interesting to see how it has been expanded and, more especially, how the plants, shrubs and trees are maturing. The wardens were pleasant and helpful, the facilities were very clean and water was hot. The site is convenient for walking or cycling into the Forest. We spent a day walking along the coast, at Mudeford, and it was glorious. My only negative comment is that there were a couple of noisy dogs. We didn't notice most of the time, but if we went for a walk on the site, they were always barking, both day and night.
