This was our first visit to a club site, we were very impressed with all aspects of our stay. The staff were very helpful and the site facilities were excellent. We were very impress with the COVID safety features in place, hand sanitizers outside all the toilet and washroom facilities, clear signage and evidence of regular thorough cleaning, the wristband on entering showers etc keeping the numbers safe. We did not really use the facilities and I think most people were using their own services but this was not a problem. The site was clean and tidy. We were surprised that although the site was very busy how quiet it was in the evening and at night. We had a vey peacefull stay. We bought a cycle map from the shop and were able to easily cycle to the local village to the coop and we ate in the 3 Tuns pub (we had to book a table in the evening) highly recommended. We also cycled into Christchurch along the number 2 Cycle route, easy cycling and well signposted. A lovely stay and we hope to return. My only criticism is that pitches are not allocated, driving round in the rain on the seemingly complicated one way system was annoying trying to find an empty pitch. We would prefer to choose a pitch on booking in.
