The site and facilities, like all we have experienced at Carvan Club sites are second to none; clean, immaculately kept and in stunning locations. The staff at this site, however have exceeded all that we could have hoped for. We are both in our 60s and not as strong or fit as we would like to be. On asking for a new bottle of gas, a member of staff was volunteered to bring it to our caravan and to install it for us. He was extremely kind and even fixed a problem with the system we had not realised we had. Later in our stay we spent a day out with a friend who collected us with her car. Noticing that our car was parked beside our caravan all day, a member of staff rang our mobile number to check that we were all right! That's real service!! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We hope to return in the future.
