We stayed for the first weekend and it was perfectly located in the New Forest and had Christchurch on your doorstep. Great dog walking area and perfectly peaceful. The only issue was that the CC wifi was pretty poor on this site with hardly any signal. Overall a clean and tidy club site and would recommend it.
excellent stay
We arrived here on the first day of the season , really welcoming, spotless toilets, pitches were well kept , two very good dog walks. Stayed here for two nights on our first trip of 2015. Can't wait for our ext visit
lovely site
We have just spent 5 lovely days on this site arriving on the afternoon it opened 6th March. Not only did we have the usual friendly welcome, but the site and toilet blocks were immaculate. The wardens must have worked their socks off getting it spick and span for the season.
Theres a wealth of things to do in the area for all tastes and ages and after a day out treat yourself to some of the delicious home made cakes and scones from the site office...
So good, we're heading back!
Our first visit to this site was last August and when looking where to go this year, the family made a unanimous decision to come back to the New Forest. Very clean, we'll run with polite staff, we loved it. Great play area and very safe for the kids. The layout of the site means you can be as close or as far away from the park and entrance as you like. We found plenty to keep the boys occupied off site, including a trip to the motor museum. The beach is outstanding - crab fishing pretty good too. The weather was fabulous and the holiday was too. Met some great people on the site and with that, with a few clicks, we are heading back this August.
