Great place to stay!

This site is a great place to stay. We have stayed here several times and it is always lovely. Very clean. Staff are lovely. Great for families and dogs. Very central location for exploring the area. We would highly recommend.

Superb site

We made a last minute booking and were extremely impressed with this superb site. Fantastic location on the edge of the forest and close to the coast. Clean, well laid out and maintained throughout. Will definitely be returning.

Welcoming, clean and very restful

We booked this site months ago knowing that our family would visit from Basingstoke and that we wanted somewhere with a feeling of quiet whilst being accessible to them. This is a great site. The on-site team is incredibly welcoming and helpful (I had the odd setting up hiccup and they sorted me out) and over the coronation weekend they put on a big screen, created quizzes and bingo and gave out prizes. It was just….fun! The visiting grandsons loved the play areas and did not want to leave come the evening. Frankly we did not want to leave come the Monday morning, but this is a site we will return to. Thanks to everyone there for giving us a memorable coronation weekend!

April Stay

Would just like to thank all the staff for their welcome and the work they do to make an enjoyable stay for everyone. Had a lovely chat with Elaine who despite the ‘Forth Bridge’ job of weeding was a ray of sunshine - clearly relishing her first season helping to look after us all. After the Bank Holiday it was wonderfully quiet which we love. This can be a very busy site at peak times so we pick our dates carefully. Hope you have a great season.

lovely site and super staff

Really helpful friendly staff. Had a problem when I arrived and the team helped me get sorted so it didn't spoil my stay. Wood smoked pizzas really great, had on Tuesday and Friday.

Wonderful Autumn Break

Had a lovely three-night stay. The site managers were very helpful even though we arrived just before 8pm - we even got to the excellent Chip shop in Burley before it closed at 8pm. We did some great bike rides using the map I bought from the reception. Being a bit saddle sore on the second day we hired the electric bikes - again the site manager helped when mine wouldn't power up. Although not cheap they were great for making the ride easier and more comfortable and kept my wife and teenager on side. On the last night we had a very reasonable meal at the Carpenters Arms (cheapest pint I have had for while).

Hallowe’en Fun

Just returned from spending the Hallowe’en weekend at the Centenary site. Our son, daughter in law and boys aged 6 and 10, who also have a motorhome joined us for the 4 night stay. This site never fails to deliver and the effort made by the wardens to deliver a great Hallowe’en experience was no exception. The site was decorated with ghosts, ghouls, spiders and laughing clowns to the delight and amusement of both children and adults. There was fun, and hallowe’en themed games for all on the Saturday evening plus a pumpkin competition and best decorated van not to mention photo booth and candy floss and goody bags for all the children and a tipple for everyone. Both young and old dressed up and entered into the spirit of the evening. And all for free courtesy of the wardens who work hard throughout the season to ensure the highest standards are maintained. A fitting celebration for the final weekend of the 2022 season at this site. Can’t wait to return in the Spring. Many thanks to the Wardens enjoy your winter break.

Perfect stay

We have just returned from a fantastic 8 days at this wonderful site. The staff could not do enough for us. The dog walks are wonderful enabling the dogs to be off lead. There are wonderful walks close by also beaches within a 12 min drive away. As it was halloween the site staff put on a wonderful event for children and adults all out of their own pocket. They provided candy floss and goody bags for each child, even a competition for best unit….which we won lol. A huge thank you to the staff we will be back

Lovely break in the new forest

We have just returned from a lovely long break at the New Forest Site. The Site Managers are very helpful and friendly and our thanks to Jon and Sophie for all their help. The site is very large and maintained to a very high standard. The toilets and shower block was clean and tidy. Would recommend this site to fellow members. Thank you
