VERY IMPRESSED

We thoroughly enjoyed our first stay at this lovely site. It was easy to find and access, and even though it was May Day weekend we had a good choice of pitches. Although rather small in size we were very happy with our pitch and were very impressed by the natural surroundings and wildlife close by. The location was excellent for visiting the North Cotswolds, and the closeness of Moreton-in-Marsh made it easy to get whatever we needed. We would certainly be happy to recommend thissite.

Stayed at this site for 1 night on our way home. Lovely, level site and friendly, helpful wardens. Great area for dogs. Will definitely be back soon.

Centre for all

Peace and quiet is assured. Access to the town is a 5 minute walk away, the wardens are welcoming and provide a superb service and keep the site in tip top condition. The Tuesday market is one of the best in th country and lots of tea/coffee shops are there to provide a welcome break from shopping. Fish and chips and freshly cooked pizzas are also available on site on certain nights. What could be better, with access to all the best villages and towns in the Cotswolds for a holiday or break to remember as well as superb facilities on site and a warden welcome not to be forgotten.

Wonderful Site

Have returned again for our yearly visit to this perfect site. We had a wonderfully warm welcome from the Wardens on arrival and I must say they really are a nice bunch of guys and nothing seems too much trouble. The site is immaculate. My one concern is that in the ladies showers the drainage cover does not allow for hairs to be washed away leaving it looking not nice and unhealthy for the next person. Needs larger drainage holes in the cover as the squeegie does not really do the job. Apart from this it is the best site for which to visit the Cotswolds as you are in the centre of things here. Moreton has a great market on a Tuesday with bargains to be had and the plant man has really healthy plants at great prices. Good restaurants in the Village. All in all with such good Wardens and a lovely site it is one of the best places in the world to be.

Cotswolds Exploration

We have just spent a week in idyllic surroundings. Ideally placed to head off in all directions to explore the beautiful Cotswold towns, villages and historical sites. Could not have been better placed for walking into Morton with its shops, cafés and pubs. The site access is very easy. Site very well maintained and quiet with well spaced gravel pitches. Probably our best site ever and would highly recommend it.

Weekend Review

Excellent location.  Excellent Facilities.  Everything is positive.   For the benefit of those who are using Campervan's and rely on local transport.  Busses do not run on Sundays!  However, you can get to Stratford-on-Avon by another route.  Catch a train from Moreton to Evesham, catch a 28 bus from Evesham to Stratford.  We did the complete journey with a good couple of hours sightseeing.   Please be aware that Shakespeare attractions are very expensive!  The buildings look nice on the outside when I win the lottery I will come back and look inside the buildings.   A great weekend at Moreton!  Thank you Wardens.

Happy go lucky Moreton -in -Marsh

What a great new team of wardens at this well kept cheerful site all smiles and polite making you feel welcome the instant you arrive. They have a lot to keep up with last years wardens but look as if they will be just as good.
