More please

Arrival and check in nice and swift, but they were busy. This is a Tourer Exporer site, but no mention on check in? Wardens helpful and friendly. Site well drained, even after a big down pour. Toilets etc as expected, the usual high standard. Great play ground, free crazy golf with deposit for clubs and balls from reception and large, dry dog walk. Fresh baggets daily. 5mins walk into Town. A few nicey type shops the toy shop is fab, great service, real old world feel, the kids loved it and toys to suit all pockets, the old retail experience. The Swan pub offers member 10pc discount, food great, service great too. Fish and Chip van on Saturdays pricey at near £8 a portion, we BBQ'd for our 4nights. Pizza van on Tuesdays no idea on price. Market on Tuesdays in Moreton brings coach loads in, and quite a few shops shut. Bourton was fab, busy, some motor home slots for you guys, we dropped lucky with finding a car spot. Great for a paddle, nice place, worth a visit. Fell foul of bank holiday traffic on Monday, took an hour to get within 1/2mile of the Cotswold Country Park, turned back, too nice a day to sit in the car any longer, plus we'd not have long there! Second attempt Tuesday was easy, but on arrival it's pay from car so you can see how the major tail backs came to be. The park is great, loads to see and do, play grounds etc the animals did not disappoint, but £50 for a family? Choose this site as a do little site. Our pitch no. 80 was massive, but the trees dropped sap everywhere, and pigeon poo so the pitches near trees are not for the neat freaks. Speeding still a problem here, even when towing, saw one van launch skywards? Friendly campers, no noise on our pitch assume those closer the road cop a bit more. Loads to do in the area, some walk-able. We will be back to this one, but I guess it books up fast. Its an all year round site. The Burford site may be better if you are gunning for the Wildlife park as its just across the road.

Simple Word, STUNNING!!

What a site, the location, facilities, cleanliness, friendliness, shop, I could go on and on. The Reception on arrival was awesome, the check in was easy and simple. Offering to order Daily Papers for us too... Never had this on any site we have been. Choose your own Site the Lady said, I was shocked. We drove around and we found the Best Pitch that suited us.... The Toilet and Shower Facilities we second to none, Spotlessly Clean, they were cleaned regular. The Bins and Recycling Bins were emptied more than twice a day. Perfect Park and Dog Walking are. The Location of the Site was perfect, stunning area of the Cotswold. Bourton on the Water is a MUST!! Cotswold Farm is also a MUST for children... We wanted to book for next year before we left, but the site calendar didn't go that far ahead, but we will definitely be back. Thank you to all the Staff at the site that made our holiday a very memorable one.

one nighter

Just a one night stop but realised the area needs further investigation. I will be back. Good pitch with plenty of space and enjoyed the birds in the hedges in the morning. Very friendly.

Lovely Site|!

Just returned from a 4 night stay at this lovely site. We had a lovely pitch close to one of the toilet blocks. Plenty of space for our motorhome and a nice space to sit outside. We enjoyed sunshine all day but were lucky enough to have dappled shade to the rear of the pitch which proved a bonus for the dog! The facilities were immaculate whatever time of day or night we used them. Well done to the site wardens. The dog exercise field is a good size and totally secure. A real treat! We used the visiting wood fired pizza company for dinner one evening and thoroughly enjoyed our treat! A little expensive for the size of pizza but delicious in flavour. The short walk into Moreton in the Marsh is along a safe footpath. The town is charming and the cafes were very dog friendly. There is a railway station providing a reasonable service to other towns and a bus service providing a limited service. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again to visit more of this delightful area.

Wonderful Site, Dogs loved it too : Well worth a visit

We stayed here early Aug for a week and would heartily recommend to all. Very clean site, well set out. The dog walk is spacious and well enclosed with room for everyone when its busy. Site is very close to town and has a footpath all the way so nice and safe. Some pitches more spacious than other, but seems to be a suitable pitch whatever your needs. Staff very helpful and offered a good welcome, recommended a few suitable pitches after discussing our needs but left it up to us, their first suggestion was spot on.

Not as good as we expected it to be

On arrival we were told go on pitch number 112. In all the years that we have been using caravan club sites this is the first time we have been told where to go. The pitch was no more than a lay-by. The door opened into the hedge and on the other side of the hedge was the main road and lorries were going by all day and into late evening. No way is this worth £30.70 a night. It wasn't as if the site was full,as we drove round to our pitch there was several empty pitches. All the time we were there the same ones were still empty. The pitch should not be a pitch it is a grass verge and no room to sit outside. There are better CL's a lot cheaper. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Ideal site!

For any stay in the delightful Cotswolds this must be one of the best locations. The site is impressive and well organised with the high standard you come to expect from the CC. The location within an easy walk into the village along a good footpath is ideal. We visited Chasleton House (NT) which is unique in it's preserved but unspoilt Jacobean splendour. Hidcote Manor gardens which are one of the finest we have seen. Compton Verney was our last port of call for the excellent art gallery and the Britain in Fifties special event which was splendid. We were able to park with our motorhome at all these properties without any problems.

lovely site

This was our second visit to moreton in marsh, the location is excellent for touring the Cotswolds. The site is very clean with very friendly wardens. The only down side for us was that we pitched with the road behind us,but that was our mistake. The tv reception was poor while we where there.

Excellent site and staff

Lovely site with good sized pitches. The cleanliness of the amenities was second to none. All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. This is a site we will visit again. Within walking distance of the market town of Moreton-in-Marsh which is full of interesting shops and plenty of places to eat. Although our pitch was close to the road there was minimal noise at night. We felt really at home the whole 5 nights we were there. Thoroughly recommend this site.
