Moorhampton Club Campsite
We had a lovely relaxing holiday at Moorhampton Caravan Site first week of August 2021. The weather was excellent the first half of the week, then we just tried to dodge the showers after that!
We visited Ludlow, Ledbury, Leominster, Ross-on-Wye, Hay-on-Wye and Hereford. All excellent and well worth a visit. The shower block could so with updating as well as the TV signal and mobile network signals but otherwise a really relaxing holiday. We could recommend this site to other campers. Thank you!
Peaceful site
Stayed here for 8 nights. Nice site, very peaceful. Wardens very helpful. Signal for phone is useless , if you walk up the road its intermittent which is ok for some people but as I have elderly parents I need to check in with them regularly. Just to be aware before you book.
My only real moan is that the toilets and showers really, really need updating. Kept clean but very tired looking and in real need of some money spending on them.
Just right
A well maintained peaceful site in lovely surroundings. Great hourly bus service to Hereford and other villages

Relaxed and peaceful site with welcoming hosts
This site is a tranquil site in a lovely area of Hereford. The hosts were welcoming and helpful during our stay. The facilities were kept clean and tidy. The area is lovely with nice walks
Rural idyll
A spotlessly clean site, set in beautiful countryside. We managed enjoyable cycling and walking, but, sadly, our visit was cut short by a most unexpected family bereavement. Wardens were helpful, caring and understanding, doing everything they could to help, under the sad circumstances.
Lovely quiet site
Really friendly couple running this site. Easy to find, great selection of pitches. Good location although need a car to get around as not many walks from campsite.
Amazing and So friendly
Loved this charming site. Kept immaculate by the lovely Wardens, They gave us so much local Knowledge and tips for seeing as much of the beautiful area as we could p get into our stay. Being National Trust members we enjoyed the area very much. Will be booking our return for next year. No shop or play area. It suits peace and quiet campers. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Nice, small, quiet site
Had 7 nights here last week and found it very peaceful and relaxing. Plenty of places a short drive away for walking with my dog and lots of information available about the area for things to do. Very good value for money. Facilities could do with a bit if an upgrade but kept really clean and tidy by the wardens. If you want a quiet break with just rural sounds (and smells!) then this is a good place to visit.
Rural peace & quiet but lots to do!
We had a very enjoyable stay here. It's away from it all and pitches are well spread out, but there's lots to do and see within a short drive. Very helpful and friendly wardens who keep the site in great condition. The mobile signal is poor so if connectivity is important make sure you get one of the pitches within WiFi range.
