We booked our pitch midway through Easter Sunday due to a late change in travel plans. The staff were kind enough to provide a 'late arrivals' pitch with hard standing and electric for the same evening. On arrival we found the site to be full with the exception or our reserved pitch. The site is extremely well kept with a combination of gravel and grass pitches, two shower blocks, very clean and warm with multiple service points. The grounds are lovely with scenic ponds at walk around. Similarly, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Previous reviews have highlighted the sound from the A1, personally, this was not really an issue. It was noticeable on arrival however did not spoil what was a pleasant evening stay. Would I recommend? Most certainly.
