Back again

Our last visit was in 2013. Thankfully not a great deal has changed. Lovely walks either side of the Tweed and town with ruined Abbey right on your doorstep. Positive changes for us are the railway station at Tweedbank giving us a great day out in Edinburgh (£11.30) return and a excellent Indian takeaway Indian takeaway. Every time we have visited , on Saturday there has been a rugby match on the pitch opposite the site. We watched an entertaining Melrose v Berwick under 18's game (resounding Scottish victory). However the main advantage is the tranquillity of this site. We will return.
