a great site

Ok we only stayed 1 night but we found the staff very friendly. The facilities were very clean even after heavy rain for most of the day.The site is big but you get peace and quiet. Some pitches on the lower field did have puddles after the rain,If you heard it's going to rain for a few days while your there choose you pitch accordingly or don't put up your awnings.Dont have a go at the staff. use common sense

A little piece of heaven

In the shadows of the Malvern Hills and only five miles from the centre of the beautiful town of Great Malvern this lovely, peaceful site is easily accessible and well placed for trips out and about in the beautiful English countryside. The facilities are first class and the site kept in great condition with surprisingly little disturbance from the machinery needed to keeping it so well maintained. Really friendly staff doing a great job. We loved it here and will definitely return.

Dogs and CC

Too many dog owners one having 3. Yapping dogs annoying, they seem to be taking over the club. Hope there is a charge for them.

A pretty good site

The site is very well located at the front of the Malvern Hills being within about 1 mile of a pretty hamlet with a pub. It is well positioned for cycling and only a few miles from Upton upon Seven. There are very good shower and toilet blocks however the there was a smell of drains from the shower wastes which shows a disappointing lack of attention. A further notable criticism was the poor Wi-Fi facility which - given the cost and in this day and age is unforgivable. Also take note that EE mobile phone signal is virtually non-existent. On the plus side, the site is well laid out and protected around the outskirts by mature trees – giving a high degree of privacy and scenic views to the hills. The site is enormous and is adjacent to an equally extensive Camping and Caravan club site - the access to which immediately precedes the entrance to this Caravan and Camping club site and despite signage is easily confused. The staff were very pleasant and overall the site can be strongly recommended.

September Vist

This was our second visit to the site, although the site was full there were no queues for the showers which is a bonus. I feel the site requires a second Motorhome Waste Point due to the amount of pitches it has. Good access to the local pub and a 40 minute stroll to the showground. Quality service from the wardens and a great weekend

Magnificent Malvern

This was our first time to this site and it won't be our last , we are looking forward to going back. The dog area is brilliant. Our dogs loved running through the forest walk and I was happy I knew it was fully enclosed. The wardens were very nice. It is kept beautifully. The one and only down side for us was because of the layout, it means lazy people didn't use the pathways and often cut round the back of our pitch. On one occasion it was a family of four . I may add it wasn't just the pitch we were on that people walked through. Maybe a few signs could be put up asking people to keep the designated walk ways.

Good site

We visited this site August bank holiday, it had been raining & everywhere was very wet & numerous pitches were sitting in water. We were lucky enough to get one a little higher so not too much problem. We were kept awake late into the night by entertainment coming from the campsite next door, I don't know if this is a regular issue or we were just unlucky on the bank holiday? The whole site appeared very crowded with caravans ' squeezed in' everywhere. There were lots of children speeding around on bikes, one nearly knocked me over! We only stopped for the one night as we were heading down south, we would return but out of school holidays.

Beautiful site

Our first time at this site and we loved it.  The views of the Malvern Hills were stunning.  We found the staff and wardens very friendly and helpful.  The grass was cut whilst we were there and yes, it is noisy but it was only for a short while and made the site very tidy.  The shower/toilet facilities were spotless as was the dishwashing and laundry facilities.  We did get some noise from the Three Counties Showground on one night with loud music, but it closed at midnight and to be honest it didn't bother us that much, it wasn't loud enough to keep us awake.  The wifi signal was very good.  The only very small criticism was although there was a small park for children, there wasn't anything for very small children, but overall a fantastic site and we wouldn't hesitate to go again.

Wardens grumpy!

Wardens were not at all helpful which is strange , never found this at other cc sites! Location is wonderful. Entertainment at site next door was very noisy and our daughter was woken up well after midnight.
