Peaceful

Stayed at this site for the first time at the start of June. Very big site with lots of grass pitches. A nice park for families and set in a very good location. Easy access to The Malverns for some great walks and not far from Worcester. We went for a lovely meal at The Bluebell Inn, reasonably priced and the quality was good. Great helpful wardens as you would expect. Would go back again....

Malvern

Great site, very open, plenty of grassy space to sit out. Unfortunately we stayed for 7 days and had 6 days of rain, at one time the pitch was flooded and numerous hardstanding's did just that. Not the Club's fault you cannot predict the weather. I think because the site was that wet the Club should look at putting paths in across the grass to the Service points and to the toilet facilities at the bottom of the site. The dog walk was small and through a wooded area. On the plus side the wardens were very helpful and friendly. The site would be brilliant had the weather been good. This would have got the 5 tick rating had we not experienced the flooded awning, and the dog walk larger.

Lovely site requiring updates

Our second visit to this lovely site, location is brilliant for Malvern hills etc, only gripes are the broadband and the toilet facilities; Broadband is quite good but it keeps kicking you off and every time the iPad goes into idle you have to log in again which is a right pain in the proverbial, why? there is no need for it when you've paid for a twelve month service? The toilet and shower facilities are well kept and very clean however the flush on the toilets need upgrading with a little bit more power to them as they are not fit for purpose, apart from those two gripes the site is great

Relaxing Break

Lovely site, facilities are great very clean and well lit, plenty of showers, toilets and wash basins. Pitches are a good size and there are plenty to choose from. We went to the Three Counties Show and the site is an ideal base. We should not hesitate to return.

Stunning location

Beautiful site and we will definitely be back to stay, this time for longer. The nearest pub is about a mile away The Swan so ok to walk if it's not raining! Make sure you have plenty of basic food essentials as there is limited availability in reception (only saw some eggs and bread). Immaculate site so very peaceful and beautiful views of the Malvern Hills. Easy to find but just make sure you don't enter the caravan & camping site which share the same entrance off the road. Nice dog walk and plenty of service points around the site. The hard standings are very hard, so make sure you have a hammer up to the job!!

Lovely stay

Beautiful site with spotless facilities. Wardens very friendly and helpful, thank you. Only criticism is the hard standing was VERY hard. I have the screw thread rock pegs and could not get them in. Had to borrow the wardens lump hammer and even then it took a lot of hard work and bent Six pegs. Saying all that, we would return as lovely area.

Cracking stay

Stayed mid-week. On entering site be careful not to turn into adjacent camping and caravan club site. Facilities as always up to spec. Good location of services, wash blocks etc.  Only negative comment is location of Motorhome service point. After filling up, emptying waste water you have to drive all way round the site once more to get out. Location of service point adjacent to entrance barrier confusing as told not not to use it. Overall a truly delightful stay; close to Three Counties Showground, Great Malvern ( long stay car park £3 for 24 hours, good for Motorhomes, opposite leisure centre)

Immaculate!

Malvern Hills is big, full facilities site and is twinned with the adjacent C&CC site.  The care taken over its maintenance and presentation is apparent as soon as you arrive, with beautiful flower beds and boxes in and around the reception area.  And the care and attention to detail is also evident throughout the site, with well maintained pitches, toilet blocks and general facilities.  The wardens are friendly, efficient and ready to help.  The location of the site is superb for visiting the nearby towns of Great Malvern, Ledbury, Upton and Worcester etc.  The wonderful, but tiring walking of the Malvern range is just a short 10 minute drive away and we had no problem finding day parking for the motorhome, even though our visit coincided with the Spring half term holidays.  Well worth a visit!
