Best wardens

Fabulous week. Wardens couldn't have been more friendly. Stunning clean site with fantastic facilities. Pleased to see this site has new wardens! Be back in a couple of weeks. Highly recommend

Well equipped site but service pitches too close to each other

Had a long weekend in littlehampton.   The facilities are fabulous - best showers we have had.    We were on a service pitch and found the pitch quite tight.  Our neighbours seemed very close - we could hear  their TV!  It was also very close to the row opposite which made manoeuvring on to pitch without a mover tricky!   The site is urban - near a busy road and close to houses but that didn't really bother us.  (It did make finding  the site straightforward!) Arundel is very close - the outdoor lido great fun.   Littlehampton itself not really within walking distance but worth the drive for west beach at low tide - quieter, and sand!!!  Great crabbing there too into the river Arun.

Long weekend at Littlehampton

Very pleasant site, excellently located for visits to the seaside, Littlehampton, Chichester, Worthing etc., Excellent reception upon arrival from very friendly staff / warden, good sized pitches, quite a few hard standings, some grass pitches are requiring levelling blocks/ramps. Excellent toilet / shower block which is kept very clean & tidy, as is the rest of the site, Wardens work hard to keep it that way.

. TV reception on my 'van aerial was poor, so purchased lead to hook onto TV point on EHU bollard, then got all freeview channels, so advise taking aerial lead. Some railway & road noise, but not too obtrusive. On the whole a lovely place to go to, & will definitely return.

Lovely site-very clean with very helpful staff

The site is easy to find with good accessibly. Very well positioned for visiting Arundel and lots of near bye beaches. We found site peaceful at most times. Agree with most that walk into littlehampton was not the prettyiest and you have to go to littlehampton to get the bus to Chichester !! Altogether we enjoyed our stay and will use this site again.

Functional but not tranquil

A good location for touring the area, this is a busy and noisy site with no privacy and as many caravans crammed in as possible. Facilities are good and very clean. If your looking for a quiet weekend don't come here but it would be good for families wanting to be near the coast.

Littlehampton Caravan Site

Good site, well maintained and staff helpful.  Walk to Littlehampton sea front is awful, just busy roads.  No dogs allowed on beach, which was a shame.  Slopes on road in site, amazing for children on scooters and bikes but was an obstacle course for 64 year olds and noisy for us on the slope with shrieking children.  However our visit was in August.  Arundal was lovely but once again, castle and wet lands, no dogs.

Lovely stay - too many lights?

We had a pleasant stay on the Littlehampton site and advise taking the bus into Littlehampton rather than the long walk through housing. Does the toilet block really need 11 outside lights at night, and I counted 60 fluorescent tubes alight at 11 pm, just in the gents loos! Surely some savings and a reduction of CO2 could be managed here. That aside it is a lovely compact site with very helpful staff, plenty of information and good facilities.

Fantastic staff at Littlehampton

The facilities on this site are immaculate and the staff are friendly and are very helpful. Lovely park/play area for the children. Only one thing to mention, plots 1-4 back onto a busy road and road noise can be heard, although not loud enough to wake 2 sleeping children. We will be returning again :)

Littlehampton site

Great clean friendly site, with great staff, not far from the seafront and there's a supermarket a few minutes away by car. Will be returning again

Lovely Site and helpful Wardens

Spent 8 nights at this site and found it extremely well looked after, facilities spotlessly clean and a lovely flower display at the entrance. The Wardens are very helpful and friendly - nothing is too much trouble. For motorhome owners there is a bus stop nearby to catch the 700 Coastliner. Although Littlehampton is just over a mile away. Morrisons is in walking distance, also two pubs - very warm welcome at the Locomotive. The Six Bells is overpriced for food. Although the site is on a very busy road, we did not notice the noise. Would definitely visit again.
