We have just returned from an amazing weekend at Lady Margarets site, plenty of walking with the dogs and sitting listening to the birds, whilst watching the rabbits bopping along. Amazing walks from the site, one is along the Canal side where there is a barge selling drinks and snacks, others are through the grounds of Chirk castle walking along side sheep and horses roaming free, very surreal when you have two sheepdogs. This site is a little break from reality. I have noticed some people mentioning the toilets etc, sorry but going to the site, I have no intention of sitting in the toilets, as long as they work and are clean... which they where, whats the issue, its the site and the surroundings that we commend and these where amazing. The wardens welcomed us warmly and where so helpful, which is another little tick in our book. Cannot wait to return again to this site
