Great site but needing some upgrading
Excellent wooded site with lots of walks right from the gates. Good dog walking on and off site. Local shops in Chirk, just down the road, and close to Wrexham, Oswestry and Llangollen.
Only drawback is it is now time for upgrading the facilities.
The shower block is not up to the standard of the best sites and the pitch hard standings need redoing as there is mud showing in places which gets into your van.
There is a long single width access road so need to stick to the advertised arrival times.
