Good location for exploring Norfolk coast

We stayed there for a few nights, in March 2017. The site is very spread out, with small areas in a variety of different locations, within the site. There were some pitches with great sea views, but the staff advised that, being March, they would get very windy and cold. We found a small area towards the far end of the site, which was quite sheltered. The pitches, themselves, were quite open, with no hedges or other boundary demarcation. It wasn't a problem for us, as there weren't many outfits around, but in the high summer, it would be a bit off-putting. The washroom facilities were excellent - warm, with the radio playing gently, in the background. There were separate toilets, wash-cabins and shower cubicles. It only lacked a combined wash / shower cabin, but then, they're not that common yet. The facilities were always kept spotlessly clean. It's a shame that there was no clubhouse, but there was a nice village pub a ten minute walk away. West Runton had a few other shops as well, for supplies. The site was also handy for the railway that ran between Sherringham and Norwich and, just a short walk further on, the coastal bus services.
