We stayed there for 1 night with our 5 year old granddaughter. The sight is very pleasant and extremely clean and tidy. We did stay there last year for a few nights as well. Its a nice walk to the village and the beach. Also buses stop in the village, nice to hop on and go into Cromer or Sheringham and further along the coast. Will stay there again in the future.
Norfolk Launch pad
Nice site well maintained with friendly staff. Ideal base for touring Norfolk coast and if you're a golfer it's a must. Unfortunately this is another site that suffers from many seasonal users hogging the best pitches especially the terraced areas.
Relaxing site
This site is great for a relaxing quiet break, unfortunately nearly every pitch in uneven and you need to take a lot of blocks and levelers to get an even nights sleep! However the standard of cleanliness and upkeep of the site is high even by C C standards, the staff superb and so helpful especially when we had a problem with our caravan. The extra effort put in for the areas "40s" weekend great, we even had Captain Mainwaring emptying our bins! A must visit site

1940's Review
Stayed at Incleboro over the 2015 '1940's weekend' and, yes, it was popular! Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the display and effort put in by the team to bring the entrance area into the 1940's was outstanding; a 'well done' to all involved; it thoroughly complimented the overall Sheringham experience.
In answer to some previous comments, yes, you do need good levelling blocks, but it does say it's an undulating site. I do agree that some more hardstandings, particularly in the 'soggy' area would be welcome. Overall, a superbly well run site, thankyou.

Seaside Haven
We love this site! Clean facilities well maintained grounds. It's so big that you could stay in a different section each visit and never get bored. The village of West Runton is a 5- 10 min walk away and consists of a few cafes and shops and a Village Pub. the local train stops in West Runton and takes you through to Sherringham or Cromer for just a few quid.
Asoulutely needs more hardstanding pitches
Stayed on this site mid September. Nearly all grass pitches were muddy! and we were on one.
Wardens above average and facilities average.
Too many pitches are close together and serious levelling blocks required.

Unusual Layout
First time that we have visited this site and were surprised to find that it was arranged in a horse shoe shape around the outside of a golf course. The long and thin nature of the site meant a longish and hilly drive to find a suitable pitch (it was almost full). Unfortunately, they had had 14 hours of heavy rain, shortly before we arrived, which gave some drivers something of a challenge to get on or off some of the sloping pitches. However we were warned about the problem and advised to contact them for a caravan tow, with their tractor, rather than risk damaging the pitches.
We eventually found a suitable pitch and, with the aid of our caravan mover (which unusually slipped once on a wet tyre) managed to level our van and admire the view. There are a few pitches with a sea view and they go early. But we had an interesting view of the picturesque site.
There are four toilet blocks, to save having to walk too far, and the facilities nearest to our pitch were clean and well cared for.
A twenty minute walk took us down to the beach and there were a few shops within about fifteen minutes walk.
I am sure that we will be back.
A great first outing
This weekend was our first ever outing in a new motorhome and the site came well recommended. We turned up not really knowing what to expect or the protocol and were welcomed by friendly staff. They took the time to explain the site, recommend a suitable pitch and outline the setup. The site is certainly well placed for the beech and some nice walks (Cromer took around 3 hours round trip). A nice local pub serving good pub grub and welcome dogs in the bar. The site is clean, well manicured with a variety of different pitches to suit all, quiet, shady, sunny or open. I would highly recommend the site and will certInly be retuning.
A Step Back in Time
The Wardens had put a lot of effort into making the 40's event so successful. I really liked the bullet holes in the caravan (its OK they were stick on)!!! And we won a raffle prize too. All the Wardens here worked extra hard and were very helpful to our family when they got delayed.
(The whole area was so busy because of the 40's event and some roads were closed). We caught the train to Norwich from just outside the site that made a pleasant day out. Even though the train line is near you cannot here the trains and the nights are nice and peaceful.
THANKS AGAIN WARDENS.

Great site some shortcomings
Always enjoy this site unfortunately our pitch 162 flooded twice during our stay (once nearly 2" deep inside & outside awning) this could be avoided by minimal maintenance, twice spoke to wardens but they showed no interest. Wardens efforts for 40's weekend deserve compliments. Pitch162 unfit for purpose at present. Let's hope improvements made before next heavy rain. Still will probably return next year.
