A very good site
This is a very attractive site, and the wardens were very friendly and welcoming. The location is great in West Runton with the golf course almost part of the site and the railway station with an hourly service very nearby. The setting of the site is very pleasant in amongst the gorse and trees with many small areas carved out. It had a nice ambience. It was school holiday time so there were plenty of children playing around which made it a little noisy, but that's life and good luck to them.
The facilities were good but quite busy as the site was full.
The only real criticism is that the wi fi was so slow that it was mostly impossible to use; I could not even complete the log in process most of the time. There was plenty of signal but I guess the 'pipe' to the site was insufficient. Could not get 3g on the phones either.
The discount at the golf course was welcome and the golf clubhouse was popular. The best meal out was at the hotel rather than the pub. The short train ride to Cromer was good.
Definitely would like to go back.
