Second time here

I came here 3 years ago and place has not changed much, the staff are wonderful and the location is a good for the beach and out and about. Sherringham town is a lovely place with a train station a short walk away. Steam trains also run and it is so peaceful and the view from the top is peaceful and suggested before walk around before you pitch.

Interesting site well worth a visit.

Interesting because it is large but the shape of the site makes it different from many club sites, it was almost full when I visited but because of the various enclosures it has a relaxed atmosphere. I was very fortunate to have a sea view from near the top of the site but many pitches have restricted views because of the trees. One of the wardens gave me good advice when I arrived which was to stop on the way round and walk from the car to look at the pitching options. Before visiting I was a little concerned about the approach across the golf course but this turned out to be no problem as it is easy to see if golfers are playing across the road. I think the wardens do a great job maintaining such a big area. Popular site in a great location.

What fantastic views!

What great views from site. Site is kept really clean and the wardens were great. You can walk to the beach or drive down for the cheapest day parking. £2.50 for all day! There is a cafe and toilets there too! Beach stony so have beach footwear. Still lovely beach.

Brilliant site

Hi all I have just re-joined the Caravan Club after an absence of many years, Incleboro fields was booked on the recommendation of a friend, what can I say, SUPERB, the wardens were cheerful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them, the site was first class, clean throughout, (make sure you have enough levelling blocks!), the toilets and showers always had hot water and were spotless - brilliant. I have read complaints about dog noise and mess, all I can say is that there was plenty of dogs, (on my terrace pitch there were 5 vans and 6 dogs! including one of mine), no excessive barking or dog fouling experienced any where on site during the 8 night stay we had. All in all a fantastic, relaxing break, I couldn't have asked for better. I can only hope that other club sites can meet the high standards set by Incleboro fields, well done, we are looking forward to another stay at this site.

The site facilities staff location is the best I've been on I thought going over a got course was strange but because I play what a great idea . Definetly a place to retire and if the site wants an old age man to help just call me.

Great for Grandaughters

Visited here with both Grandaughters. We had an excellent six nights here. Site was immaculate as were the toilet facilities. We were lucky enough to be there for the Tourer Explorer day and the staff organised an obsticle course building event for kids and parents/grandparents! We all had to build the course and then use it. The staff worked very hard and a great time was had by all. A hearty thank you to all of them. There is so much to do locally we ran out of days. Thoroughly recommended.

Generally Good

Just returned from a week at Incleboro Fields. A lovely site with good facilities. The Wi-fi though was a total waste of time. Two of us have paid the annual wi-fi subscriptions and accept the strict limitations of one device per person at any one time but this was the worst site I have used so far for poor or no signal. What are we paying for? The Wardens were good at monitoring the speed limit and controlling drivers but totally ignored those members that daily drove against the no entry signs.

Lovely site

I'll start with my only negative - could do with a few more loos! The site is large but is broken into smaller areas, it extremely well maintained. We really enjoyed exploring the area by bike and found some lovely cafe stops en route. Particularly the one at Crey marshes, the view from there was almost enough to make me take up bird watching - binoculars and bird encyclopaedias provided. The coastal path to Sheringham is a nice stroll and you even get a trig point, amazing views from such a little hill.

Super Site

We've just returned from our 3rd visit to this site and are already planning when we can return. The site has something and somewhere for everyone, whether you want a peaceful pitch or you're a family wanting the play area. The wardens are so friendly and helpful, they work tirelessly to keep the site immaculate. The pitches are all well kept and the toilet/wash blocks are always clean. The site is well placed for Sheringham and Cromer with great public transport links - bus and rail. It's a nice walk down to West Runton beach which now has Lifeguards in attendence. The golf club is an attraction for ourselves so this site is perfectly situated! Looking forward to a return visit soon.

Great site with top class wardens!

This is the fourth year that we have returned to this site, sometimes more than once a year. It has excellent transport options with the train station and bus stop in West Runton and is situated in an excellent position for visiting the North Norfolk coast. The site is kept absolutely spotless by first class wardens that are very family friendly. Our little boy Riley is John Deere tractor mad and loves to see the wardens each time we visit and they always make his day when they wave or stop and have a chat with him. We will be returning again in a couple of weeks to a place we now see as home from home! Well done Dennis, Paul and crew keep up the excellent work!
