Looked at google maps before arriving at the site. Seeing all the statics in the area thought we might have made a mistake booking the holiday. What a surprise. Great location ,fantastic site and staff that were helpful friendly and without exception always had a smile. This was our first visit to the site and it will not be our last. A little gem. It could be different in school holidays!!!!!
hurn Lane
Our first Caravan experience and what a pleasure it was.
Very friendly staff, good pitches, and superb facilities, well kept and spotless toilets and showers.
we will be back .
Great site and area
We moved from a CL site in Wales and were told that this site was rubbish. Well what a pleasant surprise we had. The site was well kept and managed. The facilities were spotless. The walk to the beach was nice and allowed for long walks along while the sun set over the sea. Will add to our list of sites to re-visit.
Good Family Site
Lovely site with the usual good club standards. There's a nice little play area and ball court for the children to play, which our children loved. You can choose grass pitch or hardstanding, we chose the hardstanding and the pitch size was generous. As we went at Whitsun holiday the grass side was very busy as the play area is over there. The down side to this site is that while we found the club site quite peaceful the noise from the large adjoining Unity site was quite loud and went on till around 10pm, which was annoying when trying to put our children to bed at 8-8.30pm. Despite the noise we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.
a lovely time at hurn lane
we had a lovely relaxing time for the 4 days we were there and will bee back at some point very nice and a good welcome very clean very good all round thank you
A matter of perspective
A clean and well presented site. Although it is not a huge site, it feels very busy because it is adjacent to several holiday parks and some static caravans. It is therefore quite noisy with a good deal of movement of people and vehicles. If you want peace and tranquillity, then this is not the site for you. If you like the bustle of a busy site you will love it. The beach is 10 minutes away and is really rather special. With sand dunes designated as a nature reserve and a flat beach that allows cars (and motorhomes) on in certain sections it is like a mini Daytona Beach! We had lovely weather and so we will remember the site fondly. Enjoy your stay.
A return visit
A lovely site in the perfect spot for the beach at Berrow.
A short walk down Hurn Lane will bring you to the main road, cross the road, walk through the dunes and you will be on a wide expanse of sand. Walking time from site to beach 12 minutes. Don't look forward to a dip in the sea unless the tide is in, when it's out it is so far out it's not visible!! Buses to both Burnham and Weston S Mare from the bottom of Hurn Lane normally a half an hour service but can be irregular owing to holiday traffic congestion.
Site very, very well maintained by the wardens a credit to them.
Well with a visit to this lovely site.
Very nice site.
Visited this site for a week the end of May, very tidy clean site with neat shrubs surrounding the pitches. staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice to have a shower for the dogs after a walk on the very sandy beach.

Great site.
Stayed here for 3 nights midweek in April ( motorhome ) and enjoyed or stay, this is a very peaceful site.
The site pitches were only occupied by about twenty. The site is very well run, very clean and tidy with an open airy feel to the pitches. Most parts of the site had sun nearly all day which is a bonus in April. Transport links are first class and the beaches in the area are superb. Weston Super Mare and Burnham are all easy trips. Enjoyed our stay and will do it again.
