Located just a short 15-minute walk from a safe and sandy beach, Hurn Lane Club Campsite is a pleasant and open resort that makes for a great holiday destination. Easily accessible from the campsite, charming Burnham is a traditional seaside town that boasts a tranquil, traffic-free prom for long leisurely strolls. The whole family will enjoy Burnham's famous carnival in early November - a colourful and lively feast of entertainment that impresses every year.
Brean is also within easy reach of Hurn Lane Club Campsite, with its Fun Park and the Tropical Bird Gardens at Brean Down. You'll not want to miss the chance to visit Cheddar Gorge and the famous caves there - once you've emerged from these spectacular sub-terrarium sights, call in at the Cheddar Gorge Cheese Company's Rural Village for another interesting family excursion. All in all, this Somerset motorhome and caravanning site and its surrounding area have much to offer - not least the local freshly baked bread and cheese which make for fine holiday gifts when you return home.

In 2 miles at the mini roundabout opposite the petrol station turn right (signposted Berrow, Brean). In 1.75 miles (after triangle garage) at sharp left bend, turn right into Red Road (signposted Animal Adventure Park. In 0.75 mile (after passing Rose Farm) turn left into Hurn Lane (narrow, single track). The site is on the right in 200 yards.

Received a very friendly welcome, facilities excellent. Didn’t use the refurbished toilet block but had a look. Very nice and loved the colours. The bus service to Burnham On Sea and onward journey to Taunton very good. Keep up the good work team.

Great site. Staff friendly and very helpful. Site very well maintained.Stayed for 5 nights before heading down to Cornwall. After a couple days of poor weather and Berrow having great weather, we returned and had a great stay. Some travelling families on the site causing a bit of nuisance but... Show more

On arrival at the site the staff were friendly and welcoming, we chose our pitch and set up. Very disappointed later in the day to witness the arrival of a particular group of "caravanners. Their adherence to camp speed limits was non existent, and there seemed to be more... Show more

We just spent the past few days on site. Those who were there will agree that the staff had a lot to deal with and deserve a bonus from Head Office for what they had to put up with. Some disgraceful behaviour from a section of the encampers who ruined... Show more

We cannot fault the cleanliness of the facilities, the maintenance of the site or the staff who were very approachable and helpful. But as mentioned in previous reviews our stay was regularly disrupted by insistent dog barking from adjoining sites - not within CAMC control. Unfortunately we also suffered the same problem...
