Club rules

Stayed on site for 8 nights, quiet clean site with lots to do and great transport links, can not fault the site. My only grumble is when arriving on site. The rules clearly state that pitches are available from 12 noon, so why do people arrive at 10am expecting to get on site and then staff allowing them on at 11! Reception staff should be aware of this rule, as people who follow the rules are at a disadvantage. We saw this practice most days when waiting for the bus, it's not fair to those who book well in advance and maybe a surcharge should be introduced for those who arrive early?

Recently stayed at a site with erm the other club, sign outside no arrivals before 1pm. The wardens ensured this was applied. Great everyone knows where they stand.

When joining the club and becoming a member you are agreeing to the rules set out in the book and it doesn't matter how much space for parking there is rules are rules and EVERYONE  should abide by them and not expect to be treated differently

Quite a few "members"drive from the Far North overnight to the West of England sites to miss the horrendously busy M5 and roads south of we have stayed at Hillhead several times and  noted  there have been numerous outfits on the arrivals area at 0700 when taking our dog for her early morning walk, it seems to affect not just club sites in the area ,so there has to be a more "relaxed"attitude to letting them on site once the pitches have been serviced, other wise as others have posted the road outside the site would be obstructed

If they arrive at 7am tell them to B off.

Those who travel through the night and are there well before the site opens should  be classed as a Late Night Arrival and once paid (minus a pitch fee) are generally allowed on site early. But as most of you seem to have noticed outfits regularly turning up earlier then 12pm (which does annoy me if I’ve been trying to gauge my journey), then maybe the arrival times from 10am, like Coniston may be apt? 😊

The site is a very busy holiday site with stays of up to 21 nights, (we have when grandkids came for a week at a timesealed) and as a lot of the piches are in hedged areas they need "serviceing" when vacated which normally also means hedge cutting that cannot be done when occupied, so it would put even more pressure on the staff, if the arrivals were earlier,
