We have visited this site several times, sorry but can't really agree with most of your points.
Yes the road is busy and if you have a pitch backing onto it yes it's noisy but get yourself some ear plugs or a pitch on the other side of the site
The little dog walk is perfect for what it is a toilet stop first thing in the morning or last thing at night.
The toggle is a standard size used on hundreds of sites around the country and if you look at the signs it is obvious where it is with regards to the one way system around the site.
Not sure why you couldn't walk your dogs as there is good pavements in both directions direct from the site entrance or the pedestrian gate
The wardens do an excellent job and I think it is the fault of the person driving on the grass not the warden for asking them not to
Not sure what sort of site you normally use but I doubt you have ever found one to your liking!

Not sure when you visited but judging by the date of your review leads me to believe it was possibly the same time as me, I agree the road noise is quite bad but it is mentioned in the the site info, so you know before you go. I saw the wardens working on site on all the occasions I didn't venture off for a walk into town, along the ample footpaths provided. I saw the male warden jetwashing around the facilities on 3 occasions and the female was cleaning electric posts and signs. The male also spent much time levelling tyretracks where folk who lets face it if they can keep to the roadway shouldn't be driving churned up the grass. The receptionist explained everything to do about the barrier toggle so it depends if you listened to her !!!. I could go on but ....
