We last visited Hawes site about 5 years ago, our return was not a disappointment. Some of the previous reviews seemed a little negative I.e pitch size too small ( perhaps that has something to do with ever increasing size of vans?) Noise from aircraft( the RAF do fly over it’s their training ground but are gone in seconds) . Cows mooing in farm next to site( it is the county side) etc etc. The site is lovely, close to the pretty village and all that has to offer, everywhere was immaculate. The staff were always pleasant and helpful when I encountered them. I would recommend a visit to Hawes site.
