Had 2 consecutive weekends with parents having week stay in between Site is great location, dog field and walks close by. Our stay was ruined by over officious wardens. I had rang in advance to check if parents who are members were ok to to take over caravan Mon-Fri and we would return to tow home, advised no problem and just to remind on arrival . When we did arrive we were criticised over change over and told we should have rang in advance or made 2 bookings? Despite our explanation my parents (who are in 70’s) were subject to same criticism when they arrived ?? I appreciate the need to record visitors and work differently due to covid but not to be spoken to like children Closing of all toilets, male/female and including disabled at same time is unnecessary and could be managed better and with more consideration for those who struggle to use own facilities. To have no facilities open when they could be is unacceptable.
