Arrived last Thursday late afternoon on a very windy and autumn day to a very great warm welcome from the extremely friendly warden couple. Although We experienced the most horrendous rain I had ever experienced and high howling winds our enjoyment of this lovely Original Club site wasnt dampered.  This was my second visit to this great site and i will be back and loved the look of the serviced pitches.  Hawes is a lovely location having some great pubs and even a specialist food emporium. The Cheese factory a highlight. Well worth a visit to a venue that is owned by its workers.  A jewel on the club crown. The warden couple were very down to earth and so very approachable and so considerate.  Looking forward to my return.
