To briefly provide some background, I only bought my campervan at Easter this year, but have so far racked up nearly 50 nights away at various campsites. Without doubt, Fairlight Wood club campsite is my all-time favourite. The site is compact, and easy to navigate; it is so peaceful- and you feel at one with nature with all wildlife around you; and the wardens on-site are the most friendly and welcoming I have met so far. The facilities are kept spotlessly clean, and the whole site is well maintained by the staff. With Guestling Wood right on your doorstep, and many pubs, eateries, and places to visit close by, this is an ideal place to stay either just for one night, or for a longer relaxing break (tho' being so quiet - possibly more suitable for either a single, or couple of adults, rather than families with younger children). I have already stayed here three times (just one night at a time as I don't live too far away) this year, and have another cheeky night booked before the site closes in November.
