We had booked in here for 1 night before a ferry crossing in Plymouth. We originally thought we would get there by 3 to 4 o’clock but met horrendous flooding conditions on the 250 mile journey. This held us up and we explained this to the warden when she rang. We said we would try to get there for 6 pm and actually arrived at 5.55pm. Finding she had shut the gates anyway. I rang and asked to be let in and explained id sort it in the morning as we had the free night from the club !!! She told me they don’t do that here and wanted full payment, most annoyed at having to wait up until 6.15pm . I rang the club the next morning to check if they should honour the free night and yes they should ! I went back to reception and asked again and was told the computer wouldn’t accept it and to use it at another site. Very useful especially as I was going to Spain until November!!!!!
