I arrived at this beautiful site recently as an overnight stop on my way to Scotland, checked in then found out after paying there was no toilet block, I only have a campervan without a loo.  Yes it was my fault for not checking all the usual symbols, but PLEASE, whoever is responsible for the description of the sites say there is no toilet block as I'm sure I'm not the only one who doesn't look at all the symbols! I was recommended the Strathclyde site an hour and a half away but that was surrounded by roadworks and on the suburbs of Glasgow, which is fine if you want to visit the lovely city but very noisy.  I then travelled up to another site in Scotland near Oban, a very long and stressful start to a holiday which could have been avoided if there was mention of no toilets in the blurb!  However, Englethwaite looks stunning, and for those who are lucky enough to have toilet facilities then do visit, it is breathtaking.
