One of the worst sites we stayed at. No customer service staff very unhelpful no meet or great not even a hello. Staff obviously don't know the site they are working at. After asking a question about motorhome waste location took four members of staff to find out. No lighting around the site very dangerous at night when pitch black. Fire extinguisher was in a box not on a post and no fire bell if ever there was an emergency. No emergency out of hours details or tel number. Given a brown bag which was our information pack with just a map with our pitch no highlighted and a discount voucher for a future holiday. Had a four digital no on bag not stating what this was for had to ask at reception was told it was code for barrier if need to get out before 9.00 am in the morning this should state this or be told upon arrival. Site was not upto usual standard of other sites. Definitely won't be visiting again.
