Stopover visit
This was just a stopover visit on a longer journey, and although next to the A1 and a highway depot we didn't find noise to be an issue. The facilities were clean and the site tidy.
As we were there for just a short time we took the park and ride into Durham with a taxi back as the service had finished (We knew this in advance) The P&R is only a short distance but it does involve crossing some very busy roads.
We would use this site again.
