Perfect for visiting Beamish
Great site for visiting Beamish, only 15minutes drive away. Catch the park & ride every 10 minutes just on the opposite side of the roundabout, straight into Durham with a really good shopping area, the cathedral & castle all close by. Visited Seaham too, a coastal town, the free car park with a cafe overlooks the beach & sea. A pat on the back for the local council to provide free parking in the area. The site is very well kept, clean & tidy, a good dog walk.
