Great site for a stop over on the way south. Spotlessly clean site with a great dog walk a short distance off site. Be careful getting to the dog walk area though as it's towards a very busy road. There is a slight noise from the A1, but we were there in the winter and with windows closed, it wasn't too bad. Be careful of the barrier when leaving though, hopefully it's been adjusted, but we aren't that long at 8.3m, and it tried closing on our motor home twice on leaving. Once we were lucky and quickly reversed, second we had to floor it. A couple arriving looked concerned, and it was reported and acknowledged by staff that something was wrong, and would be looked at. Apart from now being terrified of electric barriers, a great site and would highly recommend!
