better than expected
stopped over for one night en-route to bamburgh, site was great as expected clean, well laid out with helpful staff, facilities were spotless. being so close to the A1 I was expecting a lot of traffic noise but was pleasantly surprised because while it was ever present it wasn't as loud as it can be at other sites (e.g Hargill House at the top of the site) and when I was in my caravan I could barely hear it. will definitely be back!
