Our favourite site
Been coming here since daughter now 15 was eight. It's a great site. Staff are friendly and very helpful and keep the site and facilities in top condition.
Regarding noise there are trains and the quarry operating but any noise is momentary and it soon becomes tranquil again.
I've never had any issue with smells from the composting toilets, more likely the chemical toilet tanks!
