Absolute torture
Always check the date of the local agricultural college's May Ball. It began at 8pm on Friday 20th May and finished at 7am the following morning. Loud, excruciating techno music permeated the whole site throughout the night making sleeping almost impossible. No mention at all of this during the booking process. The first I knew was after I handed over my pitch fees. This is simply not good enough. I will be writing to the club asking for an official apology and some form of reimbursement. I feel this is yet another example of the Club's management who put profit before customer service, support and compassion.
