I have to echo Alan6's comments. We were also on site during the weekend of the rock concert and it was horrendous! I can't imagine how those people with young children were coping! Following the Friday night, we decided to stay off the site on Saturday for as long as we could to avoid the terrible noise! When we returned at 10.45pm it was still in full swing and the language from the organiser on the tannoy was nothing short of disgraceful! I also found it hard to believe that the wardens knew nothing of this event and now we have it written in 'black and white' that the club had been advised! Therefore I believe that there should be some form of goodwill gesture made by the club and if so, I'm sorry, but I would certainly not consider forwarding it to the fundraiser who made our 'break away for peace and quiet' an expensive misery! This is a beautiful site in a wonderful location - what a shame we had to endure such terrible noise!
